Good writers are not necessarily good speakers.  However, good speakers MUST BE good writers, unless they want to woo their audience with their good looks or love for their mothers. 

Good writing embraces clarity of thought, engaging the readers and moving them emotionally.  These are the qualities necessary for presenting a good speech or completing a successful workshop in the pursuit for excellence.  It’s this pursuit that motivates my company to provide the best possible product.

Vicky Nissen is multi-talented…she’s a speaker, comic, speech writer, article writer  and advertising copywriter.  She loves communication in all forms!

Vicky has been a public speaker for more than 20 years, having given more than 340 speeches over that time period.  She has won several speech contests.  She’s founder of Funny Bones, a Toastmaster club for those who want to present funny or creative speeches and presentations.

She is a certified member of the Speakers Bureau of Toastmasters, International.  She  has certifications for Advanced Leadership, Advanced Toastmaster Gold, Advanced Toastmaster Silver and Able Toastmaster.  In 2006, she participated in the finals of the Humorous Speech Contest  in District One.   

Her audiences enjoy Vicky’s engaging, conversational style of speaking.  She talks about a  multitude of topics including the afterlife ,  comedy writing ,  radio show production  and current political topics.   She leaves audiences informed, motivated and ‘wanting more’.
